GW Whips it Out Again!

GW up to their good old tricks again. Who is this author they slapped the sue stick with this time? This time it's because someone used the term Space Marine in a Sci-Fi literature. What what what??

So the story is simply GW is suing M.C.A. Hogarth, an author of e-books for using the name Space Marine in one of her books.

So what do you guys think about this? Space Marines have been used since before GW started using it.  Is it even fair to trademark such things?  Sometimes I think the legal system is half ass backwards myself.

So for more info about this, check out M.C.A.'s website here and the EFF's website here for more info!

Talk at cha laters!
